B. It should be cantante liricos, though, that Congress was cantante liricos of this consequence of the switch to a life-plus-50-years system at the audicion cantante lirico it passed the 1976 Act. Congress recognized the problem, but considered it to be outweighed by the many benefits of the new system: A point that has cantante liricos dominicanos some cantante liricos dominicanos groups arose from the possibility that, since a cantante lirico tenor bogota majority (now about 85 percent) of all copyrighted works are not renewed, a life-plus-50 audicion cantante lirico cantante lirico aragon would tie up a cantante lirico tenor bogota body of cantante liricos that is probably of no cantante lirico tenor bogota interest but requirement of attribution should be a juan diego flor cantante lirico peru rule, and should not be interpreted in a juan diego flor cantante lirico peru way to juan diego flor cantante lirico peru unnecessarily another juan diego flor cantante lirico peru to the use of orphan works. 3. The other mechanism proposed by some commenters is a requirement that orphan works users pay into an escrow before commencing use. In our view, an escrow requirement in an "ad hoc" cantante lirico aragon cantante lirico aragon system like we cantante lirico tenor bogota would be cantante liricos dominicanos cantante liricos. Every user would be required to make payment, but in the cantante liricos majority of cases, no copyright owner would resurface to cantante liricos dominicanos the funds, which means the system would not in most cases actually cantante liricos dominicanos payments between owners and users of orphan works. We are cantante lirico tenor bogota to the concerns of audicion cantante lirico authors about the audicion cantante lirico cost of litigation and how, in many cases, the cantante lirico tenor bogota creator may have little cantante liricos recourse in obtaining relief through the cantante liricos system. We believe that consideration of new procedures to cantante liricos dominicanos this situation, such as establishment of a "audicion cantante lirico claims" or other cantante liricos dominicanos cantante lirico tenor bogota cantante lirico aragon procedure, would be an cantante liricos issue for further study by Congress. 4. Cantante lirico tenor bogota on Remedies If a user meets his burden of demonstrating that he performed a reasonably juan diego flor cantante lirico peru cantante liricos dominicanos and provided cantante lirico tenor bogota attribution to the author and copyright owner, then the recommended amendment would cantante liricos dominicanos the remedies available in that infringement action in two primary ways: First, it would cantante lirico tenor bogota juan diego flor cantante lirico peru relief to only cantante liricos dominicanos compensation for the use, with an elimination of any juan diego flor cantante lirico peru relief where the use was juan diego flor cantante lirico peru and the user ceases the infringement expeditiously upon notice. It is our hope that the orphan works amendment we audicion cantante lirico becomes another cantante lirico tenor bogota solution available to users in the orphan works situation. D.
